The kids and I had such a fun time celebrating with my dad's side of the family. We enjoyed getting to see everyone, but especially enjoyed seeing Sandy and her family, Taylor, Ashley and husband, John. THe girls got to participate in another dirty santa game, and Avery still had a hard time not showing her disappointment!!! She had snagged $20 cash and then her sister came and swiped it from her!!! That's life. One of my younger cousins was super nice and offered to trade, but she has to learn to deal with the good and the bad! Thanks, Jeff, for the offer!!! It was super sweet! After present time, Susan - another cousin - introduced us to a *Right - Left - Center* game! It was so much fun that we went out and bought it!!!! Thanks to our great hosts - Paul and Susan! Can't wait till Easter to see everyone again!!!

Christmas Morning
Christmas with the Merkles
Briggs' 1st Christmas ornament from Nana and Pappy. He was really enjoying chewing on the paper!!!
We leave straight from my mom's side and go celebrate with Ryan's mom's side of the family. We got so many nice things...too many to mention. The girls are definitely spoiled!!!!!
Christmas w/ Hills
This is my mom's side of the family. She has one brother who has 2 daughters - Ang and Pam. The three of us have multiplied quite well. There are 14 kiddies - only 2 boys. They girls have such a great time when they all get together. They play so well, that you'd never guess there were so many of them. We had a wonderful meal of soup and lots of finger foods - my absolute favorite!!!! THe kids all do a gift exchange. Tayloran and Avery can't wait to go to Barnes and Noble. They love to read, so I'm sure they will have a hard time deciding what to buy. Addisyn got some pet shops - a favorite of hers, and Braelyn received some Dora books. We have read them several times already!!!

The MillersChristmas with the Millers
THis is the 2nd time since Ryan and I have been married that we have been able to get together with the Miller side of the family for Christmas. It's so hard to get all of us together. It was such a fun time. Ryan's aunt had suggested for us to do a white elephant exchange! We had so much fun. This was the girls' first time doing this. We had a couple of "almost criers" during the process! Braelyn took Isaac's present of ladybug soap. Both parties were pleased - Isaac went and took Tayloran's present which included a Spider man toothbrush, etc... We laughed and laughed! I was sad when I realized I had left my white elephant present - especially handpicked for me - a very noisy train! Sorry Mary! I'm sure the grandkids will love playing with that!!!! Thanks to Chris and Mary and Fam for hosting all of us! We are quite a crowd.

Tayloran is 11!!!!
I can't believe my baby is 11! Why does time have to go so fast? Looking thru pictures to find one of each birthday has been fun - yet sad. I've found pictures of the girls with Winston and Lexi, pictures of just Ryan and I... in our first year of marriage - the only time we didn't have kiddies. I can't believe our chubby cheeked toddler has turned into such a skinny mini!!! Tayloran has such a loving personality! She always wants to help the undergog. She is a people pleaser, loves babies, loves to read, and can be a tv junkie - when allowed. This past year we celebrated her 11th bday back in August. She wanted to have a pool party. You can't do that in your backyard in Dec., so..... She still got to open some presents, had a great bday lunch at Gma Bobbies, and brownies at Nanas.
