Holly's wedding 3

Daddy and Braelyn - who decided to wear a head wreath after the show. However, it's good that she didn't want to before as they were short one!

HOlly's wedding

Ryan's step sister, Holly, was married this past Sunday in Westbrook, CT. She and her husband live in NYC. We were able to slip into the city and were able to see the Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall. The girls were so excited. The show was wonderful. It was 1 1/2 hours with no intermission. Perfect for kids. Ryan liked the show, but couldn't wait to get out of NYC. We were so lucky to have Holly's husband Jay driving us to and from the show. We then went to CT to a beautiful resort right on the coast. It was a tad chilly, but Ryan and I both agree that we would like to go back there in the summer. The trees and scenery were beautiful. The sad thing is that the pictures don't do it justice. While in CT we attended the rehersal dinner, and then had the big to do on Sunday. She had asked all of her nieces to be flower girls plus two other girls from NY. 10 flower girls!!! Can you believe that I offered to watch over them during the wedding. What was I thinking. They were all very well behaved, and thank goodness the wedding was short, sweet, and to the point. The girls went to the church in the limo. They thought they were hot stuff. Braelyn didn't fulfil her role very well. She was so excited putting on the dress, etc. However, I tried to lay the wreath of flowers on her head and she was a basket case for the next hour. She even did start down the aisle, but she saw my mom and stopped. The girls danced and danced at the reception. Avery came in when it was over and said it was the best time she had ever had! Thanks Holly and Jay for a wonderful weekend and beautiful memories. For those of you who were invited and didn't attend, you truly missed out!!!!
