Easter

I was flipping threw the camera, and found these pictures of Briggs in an Easter hat. I still haven't asked which sister tormented her brother in this manner! I'm sure his Daddy will love these! He doesn't seem to mind....for now!

After church, we went to Easter dinner at my cousin Lesley's house. We had a wonderful dinner....so much food. It's always fun to catch up with everyone. We don't get to see each other often enough.

We had a great time at Gpa and Gma's! The girls and I spent the night at Mine's the night before. We were in the van in plenty of time....however, the marathon was going on in Champaign. It was over on mom's side of town. We spent 45 min trying to get out of Champaign. I was just a tad bit frustrated...Avery was bawling - thinking we were going to miss the egg hunt... AHHHH! We did manage to get out - FINALLY! The kids all had a great time playing with cousins that they don't get to see very often anymore. We ate a great lunch, and the kids had fun playing games!!!

Another visit

We stayed busy during our trip home. We visted with friends at the park, got Tayloran's hair permed, visited A. Pam and girls, went to an egg hunt where Ryan's gma is living, worked at Gymboree, attended another Easter get together, Easter morning, another egg hunt/dinner, and then two bday parties!!!!!!!! YIKES!!!!

Church Park

THe girls and I went to the church park when we visited home this past week. We met some other friends there, and we had a blast. THis park is indoors... has a gated play area and a walking track around it. It is decorated so neat. The walls are painted to look like little stores. It is a must visit place!!!

I'm so big!!!

I love this toy.

I love to play with balls! I can roll them down the toy all by myself.

I love to eat....but i decided to blow raspberries....it ended up all over my face!!! It was even in my eyelashes!

Do I have to be a Cub fan?

My cousin, Lesley, got Briggs this Cub outfit last year at one of his showers. It is going to fit perfectly this spring/summer! However, we put him in it and he cried the whole time! I, being a Cardinal fan, took this as a sign!!! I don't think he wants to be a Cub fan. Who could blame him!! Who wants to cheer for a team who always disappoints?????

Gag me! Do I have to be a Cub fan???

8 Months

Briggs - 8 months old. Briggs is busy, busy, busy! He is a mover and a shaker. He has learned to pull up, to crawl, and has cut a tooth! All of these things just happened all at once! He's beginning to crawl really fast!!!! He's gotten a bit stubborn. He loves to eat ( stil not fruit), hates to have his diaper changed, and wants what he wants!!!!! He loves to look at books, play with balls, and spin the wheels on trucks! He has had a rough month with his ears. They are just now clear, and the issue started on 2/25. He is still fighting his thrush, but it is looking much better! He is still a very healthy boy. He weighed in today ( was at the dr for his ear check) at 18 lbs 6 oz and 27 1/2 in !!!!
