First fball game.

THere was a tailgate the first game this year! We had so much fun. good food - good friends = great time! Tayloran and her friend Amber wheeled Briggs around in the stroller and wagon for most of the game.

Tim, Jarrod, and Heath did a great job on the meat! The mushrooms were also terrific.

First day of school

I can't believe that the summer is over already. Addisyn is in 1st grade. She didn't want school to start. THen when she found out that all of her buddies were in another class, that made it even worse. She has made a new friend. Well, actually, we are on our 2nd friend. SHe wouldn't let her first friend cut in front of her in the kickball line. So, her 1st friend - defriended her! She still gets to play with her buddies from last year at recess and gets to eat lunch with them. She loves to spend her recess time with Mitch and Makenna.

Avery is in 5th grade! She has an awesome homeroom teacher and class. She is very excited about getting to change classes and teachers!

Tayloran was also an unhappy camper for the first few days before school. Things seem to be looking up. She's joined the cross country team. I'm hoping that she really enjoys it! I'd love to have a running partner.

Braelyn was so excited for prek to start! I hope that continues!

We got new windows put in all of the upstairs windows. Briggs and Noel were checking out the traffic on Main St!

Mom took Ryan, I and the kids to HOliday World the week before school started. The blondi's were so nice to keep Briggs! We had a great time riding the coasters!

Addisyn riding her bike. I told Ryan that I thought Addisyn would take off if we tried to teach her to ride. She's a natural at anything she tries. Within 20 min she was riding by herself! I love it when I'm right!!!

In our "group" of friends, we had several aug. bdays! We all surprised Heath - aka "homer" by wearing these Homer Rocks shirts!!! I have never even watched the simpsons!!! It was a funny joke - probably had to be there!
