Noel and Briggs

Noel has finally realized that there is a messy eater in the house! She has learned to sit by Briggs while he eats in case he drops something! Here she is looking at the floor... any cheerios?

About this time Briggs was laughing... her nose was tickling his legs... These two are going to be such good buddies. Noel is so gentle with him.

Daddy's tractors

Briggs loves playing with Ryan's old tractors. They found them when they cleaned out GG's house. I didn't think Briggs was old enough to be into them, but the girls drug them out. He loves them. The first time they were out, I think he played with them almost an hour. It is amazing to me how he just "knew" how to push them along while he crawled beside. Guess it's a boy thing!!!

Pool Time!!!!

11 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My baby...... 11 months old. He is walking, climbinb, into everything, a squealer, but still a joy!!!! He is bound and determined to get everywhere. He doesn't mind falling. He crawls back to the couch to pull up and heads off again. We've caught him all the way up the steps twice! Whoops!!! We have a gate.... it's hard to remember to shut it every time! The funny thing.... he knows when it's been left open. He loves to be outside. Loves everything with wheels. Loves the dog and his sisters. Still is a complete Mama's boy. Finally just said Dada on 7/2!!! Doesn't wave bye bye! Finally likes his bottle, and still LOVES his paci!!! He also now has a blankie that he doesn't sleep well without. Isn't eating table food, but doesn't like baby food as well. Loves anything with sweet potatoes.... loves cheerios.... loves to feed himself. However, if he doesn't like the feel of it... he won't even taste it. He loves to swim in the pool.

Braelyn had these koala ears for bible school. I was mopping the floor when I saw this little koala crawl by me! I laughed so hard! I was not expecting to see him come crawling by with ears! I thought he would be trying to get them off, but he left them on a long time. He acted like he didn't even know they were there!

He loves to swing! The girls don't have a whole lot of patience in pushing him. They'd rather be swinging, too!

Cardinal Game

We got home from the Cub's game at 9:30 on Sunday night, and we turned around the next morning and went to St. Louis. They had forcasted rain for the whole day, but luckily for us... the rain held off. The Ranger baseball team played after the Card game. It was a really neat experience for the boys and coaches.

Sitting in the nose bleed seats for the Card game. I loved them. I like being able to see over the whole field.

Cubs game

After we went to the creation museum, we went back to the hotel - swam and ate pizza. The next morning we got up and went to the Cub's game. We had a nice hot day. The ballpark was beautiful. We walked over the bridge to the ballpark. It was a hike, but totally worth it. The ballpark had a ton of stuff for the girls to do. Plus, it was free!!!!! They got to time themselves running to first base, they got to pet a shark from the aquarium, there was a wii station, and a big play station section. The best thing for us - a dollar section on the menu! Hooray!!!!!!!

The bday party

At Jaden's bday party they served ice cream cake. We gave Briggs his first taste of ice cream. He was a BIG fan. He must be following in his Gpa Jim's footsteps. He cried for more. He's had it again since, and still LOVES ice cream. It won't be long before he can have some more at his own bday party!!!

Creation Museum

We went to Ohio for the weekend with Ryan's dad and family. We all met at the Creation Museum and had a wonderful time. We also celebrated Jaden's 7th bday, and watched a video in the planetarium. They also had a few animals to pet.
